St. Albert Online Payments


The City of St. Albert is pleased to offer a simple, secure and convenient service to pay your bills online. We support online payments for the following:

Business Licence Renewals

You will require the licence or account number that is printed on your renewal notice.

Dog Licence Renewals

You will require the dog account number that is printed on your renewal notice.

Municipal Parking Tickets

Only for tickets issued by Municipal Enforcement Services. You will require the ticket number.

Tax Search/Certificate Deposits

To be used by clients who have accounts set up for the purpose of ordering tax searches and certificates.

Alarm Permits/Alarm Responses

You will require your permit number to pay for a permit or a false alarm response invoice.

SDAB-related Appeal Fees

Appellants contesting a subdivision or development decision will require their appeal number.

Bees/Hen Permits

You will require a file number to pay for your licence.

FOIP Request

You will require a file number to pay for your request.

Please note that Photo Radar and Red Light Camera tickets cannot be paid using this service. Pay for those as specified by the printed instructions on the ticket.

Available payment methods

The City only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments.
The City does not accept Visa Debit payments at this time.
