Leak Alerts have changed to new Water Usage Alerts

The new Water Usage Dashboard is here! This new platform replaces Leak Alerts and offers utility customers more flexibility in tracking water usage by monitoring and setting personalized thresholds for multiple properties. Residents and business owners can monitor water usage on any device at any time. If you were a Leak Alerts subscriber, you must set personalized thresholds on the new dashboard to continue receiving alerts.

The City of St. Albert's MyCity system allows residents and local businesses to register for and manage the services they receive from the municipality. Presently available services include:

  • Business licence registration, renewals, records and billing
  • Dog licence registration, renewals, records and billing
  • Utility service records, water usage and billing
  • View assessment and taxation records
