As per Policy C-FS-16 (Schedule 1), effective January 2025:
Ad Hoc Requests

Rush requests are usually completed within a business day (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm). All fees are per certificate or search, and must be paid in advance using the process outlined below.

Tax Certificate Account
For customers without an online account
To initiate and pay for certificates:
- Enter 1 as your customer number and make an appropriate payment to our general account
- Email your receipt with a specific tax certificate request or requests to taxation@stalbert.ca
We will email the requested tax certificates once they're ready.
