Effective January 2026, as per Policy C-FS-16 (Schedule 1).
Requests are usually completed within a business day (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm). All fees are per certificate or search, and must be paid in advance using the process outlined below.

For customers without an online account
To initiate and pay for certificates:
- Enter 1 as your customer number and make an appropriate payment to our general account
- Email your receipt with a specific tax certificate request to taxation@stalbert.ca
We will email the requested tax certificates once they're ready.
